This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this store and buy digital products, why we collect it, and your choices. We follow a data-minimisation approach aligned with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. What we collect, and why

  • Email address — at checkout (and if you request a free preview), to deliver your files, send your receipt, and provide support.
  • Order details (items, amounts, coupon used) — to fulfil the order and keep tax/accounting records.
  • Payment identifiers (Razorpay order/payment id) — to match your payment to your order and handle disputes. We never see or store card, UPI or bank details.
  • Technical identifiers (IP, browser, and advertising cookies like Meta's _fbp/_fbc) — to measure our advertising and prevent abuse, only where you've accepted cookies.
  • Marketing consent — only if you opt in; used to send occasional product emails.

2. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. You enter payment details directly into Razorpay's secure checkout; we never see or store them. Razorpay's handling is governed by their privacy policy at razorpay.com/privacy.

3. Advertising & analytics

With your consent, we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API to measure whether our advertising works. On a completed purchase we may send Meta a purchase event including your email in hashed (SHA-256) form plus the order value and technical identifiers. Meta's processing is described at facebook.com/privacy/policy. If you decline cookies, browser-based tracking scripts do not load.

4. Who we share data with

Only the processors needed to run the store: Razorpay (payments), Amazon Web Services (hosting, storage, email), and Meta (ad measurement, with consent). We do not sell your personal data.

5. Retention

Order and payment records are kept for tax/accounting compliance (up to 8 years). Marketing list entries are kept until you unsubscribe. Abandoned, unpaid orders are purged periodically.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data (subject to records we must retain by law), and withdraw marketing consent at any time. Contact us via the support page.

7. Children

The store is not directed at anyone under 18.
