1. Agreement

These Terms govern your access to this store and your purchase of digital products (“Products”). By using the store or completing a purchase you agree to these Terms, our No-Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy, each incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the store.

2. Licence — what you may and may not do

On full payment you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to use the delivered files for your own personal or internal business use, including your own client work where the product page says so.

You may NOT, under any circumstances:

• resell, redistribute, sublicense, lend, rent, share, or transfer the files (in whole or in part, modified or not) to any other person or entity;
• upload or make the files available on any file-sharing site, cloud drive, stock marketplace, “free download” site, messaging group, or any public or shared location;
• claim authorship of the files, or use them to create a competing product, bundle or template for distribution or sale;
• remove, obscure or alter any watermark, credit, or fingerprint. Files may be watermarked or fingerprinted with your order details to trace leaks.

Any breach of this licence terminates it immediately and automatically, requires you to destroy all copies, and may result in civil and/or criminal action and liability for damages. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

3. Intellectual property

All Products, the store, its branding and content remain our exclusive property (or that of our licensors). Purchase grants a licence to use the files as above — it does not transfer any copyright, trademark or ownership.

4. Delivery & downloads

Delivery is electronic and immediate. You receive time-limited, single-use download links on the confirmation page and by email. It is your sole responsibility to provide a correct email address and to download and save your files within the validity window. Expired or used links are not re-issued free of charge; see the No-Refund Policy for the narrow exceptions. Re-purchase is a fresh one-time charge.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never store your card, UPI or bank details. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated. Your order is confirmed only when payment is successfully captured. We may refuse or cancel any order for suspected fraud, pricing error, or abuse; where a captured payment is so cancelled by us, it is refunded in full.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to probe or breach the store's security, use bots or scripts to purchase or scrape, attempt to manipulate prices, coupons or download mechanisms, or use the store for any unlawful purpose. We may block access for violations.

7. Disclaimers

Products are provided “as is” and “as available”. We warrant only that a delivered file will substantially match its product-page description. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Informational content (including any finance, health, legal, spiritual or educational material) is for general information only, is not professional advice, and you rely on it at your own risk. We do not guarantee any particular result.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any Product or the store shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product concerned. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profit, data or goodwill. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or your non-waivable statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Products.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection forum available to you. We may update these Terms; material changes take effect on posting, and your purchase is governed by the Terms in force at the time of purchase.
